At Assay Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
