Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom or engraved pieces may require an additional 7-10 days for production before shipment.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Assay Jewelers items come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made and personalized pieces are final sale.
